When I have finished your design, you will receive a proof in Etsy messages. This allows you to look over the design and make sure everything is accurate and looks the way you want it to. I will not upload your final design until I get your approval, so it is important for you to have your notifications on and communicate effectively if you want your design in a timely manner.

-This image includes licensing for personal use and limited commercial use for ONE user.

-What does "personal use" mean?
Personal Use is any use that meets none of the criteria for Commercial Use. Personal, or Non-commercial, use is a use for solely personal purposes. For a use to be considered “Personal” it must meet ALL THREE of the following:
*The use must not involve an exchange of money.
*The use must not promote a business entity (this includes non-profit organizations).

If any one or more of the criteria is not met, then the use is deemed “Commercial”.

-Limited Commercial Use:
Small businesses may use this image to create PHYSICAL products such as stickers, t-shirts, cups/mugs, greeting cards, wall art, home decor, etc. for profit, up to 100 end products. One end product = one item. For example, 1 sticker sheet, 3 mugs, and 6 t-shirts = 10 end products. Your product must be made by you. No third party printing is allowed. Businesses/individuals intending to use June & Co. Doodles & Designs artwork to create and sell more than 100 units of end product must purchase an extended commercial license.

-Individuals or businesses wishing to sell this image as a printed transfer must purchase an extended commercial license regardless of how many prints you intend to sell.

-This artwork is the intellectual property of June & Co. Doodles & Designs and may NOT be copied or represented as your own work, re-sold as a digital product, used in whole or in part to create another digital product, shared, or gifted for free or for monetary gain.

-June & Co. Doodles & Designs artwork CAN be personalized by adding names, initials, dates, or phrases, but cannot otherwise be altered or modified.
